Refund policy

We do not offer returns, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange where possible.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Clear photographs and your order number must be provided

AVAILABILITY & RESOLUTION

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will arrange an alternative resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

SHIPPING FOR APPROVED EXCHANGES

If an exchange is approved due to an issue on our end, we will cover the associated shipping costs. We are not responsible for items returned without prior authorization.
