Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are shipped from Canada. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays.
During periods of high demand or special releases, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified by email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and postal service pricing.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Rafi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international postal services.
ORDER TRACKING
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. Rafi is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@rafizine.com with your order number. While shipping timelines are outside of our control, we will assist where possible.
